Digna M. Santos is the founder and primary provider of Las Victorias, a family-owned New Jersey child care program built around nurturing relationships, meaningful learning, and strong partnerships with families.

With more than 21 years of experience in child care, Digna has dedicated her career to creating a safe, enriching, and family-centered environment where children can learn, grow, and feel a sense of belonging.

Digna's Philosophy

I believe in treating every child as if they were my own. Caring for a child is about so much more than education. It means paying attention to their individual needs, feelings, interests, comfort, and well-being.

When parents entrust their child to us, they are trusting us with what is most precious to them. We take that responsibility seriously. Our role is to be present, caring, and attentive, supporting each child not only as a learner, but as a whole person.”
