Digna M. Santos is the founder and owner of Las Victorias and serves as the program's primary child care provider. With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, she provides leadership for the program's educational philosophy, daily learning environment, and relationships with children and families.
Her approach combines responsive caregiving, developmentally appropriate practice, Creative Curriculum, Montessori-inspired learning, and continuous quality improvement through Grow NJ Kids.

Lorena Santos supports the administrative and organizational leadership of Las Victorias. As co-owner and office administrator, she helps oversee communication with families, program organization, enrollment administration, documentation, and the continued development of the family-owned child care program.
Her role combines administrative leadership with a strong commitment to creating an organized, responsive, and family-centered experience.

15+ Years Supporting Early Childhood & Program Operations
Francisco supports the upkeep, organization, and safety of the Las Victorias learning environment. His responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance and repair of toys and classroom materials, organizing equipment, supporting classroom setup, and addressing damaged or worn items.
He also supports the program's facility-maintenance needs, including coordination related to fire safety equipment and other building safety requirements.
